Help i need to lose weight before prom!!?!


Question: I want to tone my body, especially my stomache, and loose at least 15 pounds before my junior prom which is April 19. I go to the gym everyday after school, what exorcies should i be focusing on. Also, what kind of food should i/shouldnt i eat and how much?? Pleasee help i've been trying so long to lose weight and hopefully now that i have a set date to lose it by it will actually work. Any helpful tips?

Work on your muscles. It'll be harder to lose weight, since muscle weighs more than fat, but muscle burns more calories more often. You probably won't lose pounds, but you'll definitely lose inches. I lost several inches around my stomach and thighs from my weight training class last year, but actually put on about three pounds. Oh, and you won't look "buff" if you're a girl, either. That'll only happen if you really overdo it.

Plus, it's fast! I've only been taking weight training 2-3 times a week for an hour for the past month and I've already started shrinking in sizes.

If you do do this, I suggest focusing activities like crunches and situps with weight or box squats. Maybe some stuff for your arms, too. Idk. All depends on what you want.

And don't worry about what you eat. The muscle you gain will burn anything. ^^ (I eat junk. XP)

do crunches while having a tiny exercise ball by your lower back this way you will have elavation of going up or down it makes it so more of you stomach muscles are being toned

dont worry about your weight and maybe like enroll in a dance class or pilates
