Probably, sweating is just the body's way of cooling itself and not necessarily an indicator of effective exercise. But you need to be aware of the signs of what it means to exercise effectively.

First off, you need aerobics. Those exercises which elevate the breathing and heart rate.

Duration, you need to elevate your heart rate for at least 20 minutes and better off shooting for 30 to 45 minutes.

It takes me at least 10 minutes of good exercise before I even begin to sweat. I do 20 - 30 minutes of cardio (either rowing or bike).

Remember, the calorie counter on these machines are just a gauge and cannot take into account your personal metabolism.

yes, your body burns up calories, it doesn't sweat them out.

Sweating is a way for your body to cool down. So yes you are still loosing them.

if you get your heart rate up.

yes you do still lose calories

Yes! You can lose calories even by not exercising and just going to work/school. It just depends on if the amount you are losing is enough to make you lose weight..

You have to vigorously exercise to get the full effect.

of course, the sweat just evaporates very quickly.

yes. But sweating is better while you excerise.

of course you burn calories even if you dont sweat, sweating is just a cooling mechanism
dont listen to anyone who says the opposite

yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep
FO SURE

yes you still lose calories and if you are not sweating increase your work out.

Yes.......the sweat is just evaporating quickly due to the wind. You can sweat when you swim too, but just don't know it.

definitely

Course you still lose calories. Sweating has nothing to do with it.

Yeah. You just sweat to cool you down.

I heard that sweating is the best thing to do. but your still excersing.

You are burning calories everyday... Just by typing on the keyboard you are burning calories. Moving your fingers will help you burn calories...

When you move you are burning calories...

ye
yes you are still burning up calories

yea if your increasing your heart rate than your burning calories but those machines arent alaways accurate

I don't sweat much yet still maintain my weight. I was told that it was because my sweat glands are further under my skin than most peoples.

of course, sweat is just water leaking out of your pores when it gets too hot

you dont lose any weight contrary to popular belief

De-hydration happens on windy days. Your sweating but the clothes dry very quickly. Dry heat is dangerous to your health. Drink plenty WATER and other drinks other than soda pop and Beer...
