You should obviously go for the nap seeing that your body is telling you that it needs one. Don't eat the chocolate because all you're doing is putting extra calories and fat into your body that it doesn't need, and you'll probably end up falling asleep anyway.

Nap,. not big on chocolate.

I would take the nap because sleep is awesome!! : )

Why do you have to choose between the two? Obviously, if you are tired...then nap first. Then eat the chocolate.

A nap, anyday. But you could always get some 100% cocoa powder, a packet of artificial sweetener, and some whole milk, and you have an effectively sugar free hot cocoa (warm up in microwave), which gives you that nice chocolate feeling with none of the damaging sugar. Use water instead of milk to go really low cal.

even better a nap then chocolate when u wake up but serioulsy sleep if u need it it's better and healthier 4 u
