What is healthy to eat for dinner?!


Question: i have 300kcal left over what could i have for dinner, got salads, tuna, beans, plz provide your suggestions!

ok divide up your plate.

on half of it put a salads with low fat or fat free dressing.

now on the other side, but 2/3 lean meat (white fish, chicken breast, pork tenderloin (lleannn) soft tofu, tuna(prefferebly albacore).

on the remaining 1/3 but a starch (pasta (red sauce), rice, potatos(baked! no butter but try a salsa)

A large green salad with a small piece of lean grilled fish.

Salads will be good, to bring the spring in!
as long as you eat a balanced diet, it doesnt matter if you go over your daily kcal intake!

Any protein, but hardly any carbs.

An excellent dinner would be a grilled/baked chicken breast with steamed broccoli or another green veggie...great source of protein with very little carbs. Carbs are not bad, but you should definitely limit them later in the day.

Soup with tuna in it and a fresh salad
