How can I lose ten pds by May?!


Question: My fiance's birthday is on May 24th, and I want to lose 10-15 pds by then, which will be one of his presents.

What is a safe way (no starvation tips please. I did that in highschool and don't want to go through that again) to lose weight by then?

I already walk 30 minutes a day and drink water and tea instead of coke.

I already walk 30 minutes a day and drink water and tea instead of coke.

try not to eat a lot in the evenings. dinner is the one that packs on the pounds. breakfast and lunch you burn during the day. So if you eat very small portions in the evenings then you will loose 2-3 lbs. a week!! but that doesnt mean that you eat lots during the day!

exercise and a healthy diet.

exercise for about 30 minutes 3 days a week or more.
