Question: I saw this headline on yahoo's front page and I saw it on the news some stupid lady that says ' Diet Coke may cause weight gain.'
Doesn't everyone already now how bad soda is for you whether it's diet or not

I saw something about diet sodas being bad for us all. Believe me it makes sense. That icky aspartame will kill ya too! A friend/co-worker is into her second week without any type of soda, and she really can tell the difference in how she feels overall.

yes, any "diet" drinks or foods can cause weight gain...bcoz d tendency after eating or drinking that, u ask for more foods coz u know u eat/drink less than normal...
