Exercise is the only solution here. You can't make your body lose weight in the spots you want. You can firm it up where you want and even grow muscles where you want.

Try doing sit ups, crunches and side crunches (abdominal exercises) for your belly. Work you way up to 3 sets of 25 repetitions for each. Do this about 5 or 6 days a week.

Growing your butt is a bit tricker. As you exercise it, you but will initially shrink while becoming a lot firmer. After you behind is in shape, you can grow it larger by making it much stronger. You want to do exercises that focus you upper legs (glutimous maximus). If you have access to a gym doing a weight lifting exercise called a squat will do the trick. If you don't have access to a gym you can squat your own weight. Just squat up and down. Stepping up and down onto stairs will work too (do 2 at a time if you can.) The thing is though you'll be growing muscle on you fanny - muscle doesn't grow large fast and you might just end up with a really muscular small butt.

Diet is important. As you are dieting make sure you are eating a fair amount of protein so that you can grow that muscle. Don't starve yourself of calories, but don't over eat either. Eat a well balanced diet with plenty of protein.

You'll need to give this time to work. The sit-ups will show significant results in about 4 - 6 weeks. By significant I mean that somebody who doesn't know your doing all that work will comment on the fact that they can see you muscles on your stomach. Not necessarily a 'six pack' but if you are doing the work you'll see the outline of your abdominal muscles. The results on you butt will take much longer - muscles are smaller than fat, you shrink first and then start to grow. Also, you might notice that you lose weight more slowly than you do when you just diet.

To help motivate yourself I'd take a 'before' picture. Sometimes it is hard to see the improvement yourself because you live in your own skin. Pictures help you see how far you've come.

then you need to also do but exercise's to build the glutes up, so on the internet, you will find them their, ankle weights work great, lifting your legs up in the air, while you are laying on your tummy!! good luck

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.

I KNOWWW the same w/ me! thanxx for asking this question, sry i didnt give any advice =\

Istarted wering one of those ab support belts when i did cardio, They are just neoprene belts that attach with velcro around your waist. When I sweated my stomach would be soaked... I'm sure that helped me lose fat from my belly as opposed to my butt....
