HELP LOOSING a FEW POUNDS?!

Question: Ok so I am on the swim team at my school and the coach told us that we should get in "better" shape. So I really need some motivation and ideas on what I could do to tone my stomach and lose a few pounds. I also am not in touch with a healthy eating habit so if anyone could tell me some really healthy foods i can have for breakfast or lunch I would really appreciate it.

Eat a big breakfast, IE. Bacon and eggs etc, anything really as you'll burn most of it off through the day. Eat packed lunch, sandwiches (Anything high in protein. IE fish, eggs, chicken, google "High potein foods" for more examples) Some fruit, and maybe a chocolate bar. Eat a small meal between lunch and dinner which can be anything low in fat, and high in protein and eat a small dinner before 6pm at night (more low in fat stuff) and don't eat anything before you goto bed, drink plenty of water and stay clear of shakes, fizzy or fruit drinks, 60 situps, and 20 pushups a day should be fine, and a 30 minute run every morning except for weekends which should be your days of rest will do the trick. < You''ll be in awesome shape in no time.

drink water.
push ups, crunches - things that work out the stomache.
Running is really good.

you want to eat things that have a lot of protein, less than 15 grams of sugar, and low calories.
Don't eat till you're full; eat till you're not hungry anymore.

instead of having 3 meals a day, you should snack instead. Eating 5 times a day.

ok.. running, situps, pushups, maybe try to get into a weight room once in a while. Try to eat low cal stuff with protein, and drink lots of water. Stay away from processed cafeteria food..and eat fast foods sparingly.
