Entrees can really be anything except fried foods
Sides could be any kind of veg. or fruits
Beverages could be WATER or low fat milk or 100% juice
I'm guessing you man like fruit veg protein carbs dairy wheat fat sugar salt etc but I dont understand the question sorry!
