Question: Ok I am 5'11 and i currently weigh about 185 im a male so how much should i weigh so that there wont be flab i dont have much i just want it gone im shootin for 175 what ya think??

Cardio+healthy eating+weights/exercise=weight loss
Just go for a run for an hour a day
Exercise the areas that need extra help like 2 times a week but not if your sore
Take up Swimming or skipping with a rope its a total body workout

impossible to answer that question as it has more to do with the shape you are in than it does with your weight (even slender, light weight, people can have love handles). If you do jumping jacks and other general conditioning exercises you can tighten the area up before long, otherwise I would guess around 160 to 165 lbs. but it really depends on many factors
