You can't lose weight fast like this permanently. There are no short cuts to losing weight.
If you try too fast you will most likely put on more weight in the end.
Eat healthy and take regular exercise.

The best way to lose weight is to follow a healthy diet. You can receive the USDA's recommendations for your specific age, height, gender, etc at www.mypyramid.gov Diets and gimics do not work, because they are not designed to stick with for the long haul. The best thing you can do for your body and weight is to learn how to eat healthy for life.
