no its not good, it doesn't work. My friend tried it and followed all rules...but nope-didn't work. Also, my boyfriends frend tried it, didn't work. Try just eating healthy and working out, its the best thing to do.

The active ingredients have less than 55mg each this is such a small amount that it is nearly insignificant.
