How old should I be to take Creatine?!


Question: I basically want to know if Creatine is worth taking to bulk up?

I am 16 swim 9times a week and weigh 78KG. I've been swimming for a while been to nationals etc.. But im starting to loose the feel of it not enjoying it. I really enjoy doing gym and want to get into it to get bigger and get more muscle definition.

Would creatine help me achieve this? If not what would?

At 16 you should be ok with taking creatine, although I would recommend asking your doctor to be sure. Creatine as you may know is naturaly found in your body and in some of the food you eat.
