Put some meat on those bones..........?!


Question: hi im skinny and tall especially on my arms....i tried working out to give me more body mass but even though im gaining muscles i still look a little bony(ESPECIALLY IN MY ARMS, NOT SHOULDERS) my question is will lean meat add meat to my body??? how? if not what are some ways to add meat in my body and i mean meat not fats, so pls no answers like eat junkfoods or anything like that thank you

You need to get enough good protein. You need to change your workout. Use heavier weight and few reps. That will help you bulk up(add size).

Many people would prefer to be smaller and work on getting rip.

try a weight gain type shake! You can find them at GNC and places like that. Tell the person what you are trying to do and they will help you out. Your waht is known as a "hard gainer".

Eat foods that make you gain weight but are healthy for you. :)
