I think i shocked my digestive system?!


Question: i'm a student and a few days ago i cut out ALL sugar from my diet (well the hard core sugar anyway) but then I have 3 days in which i stayed up ALL night (6 hrs sleep max in those 3 days)
Now i seem to be gaining wieght. other than re-establishing sleep pattern what can i do?

drink plenty of water even "arizonas" watermelon works as a diuertic. digestive enzymes for carbs and sugars will help to eliminate that stuff from your system. after you eat, get in the habit of of taking a tblesp of wheatgerm to also help you digest and loose excess calories.

go to a doctor they can help

Re-establish sleeping patterns. Studies show that sleep deprivation is connected to increased appetite and weight gain. Eat balanced meals, cutting sugar out of your diet would "shock" your system into dropping a fast amount of weight because doing this always results in an initial loss of water weight.

you need a doctor advice hon.and not eating sugar is not enough,u need exrcising
