Need Tips on how to lose 15 pounds in 1 month?!

Question: Understanding energy balance is the key to lose weight successfully.

calorie intake > calorie use = weight gain
calorie intake = calorie use = no change to body weight
calorie intake < calorie use = weight loss

If your BMI falls within the high risk group (27kg/sq m and above), losing 5-15% of your body weight will improve your health significantly. For a start, aim to lose no more than 1kg (2.2lb) per week.

Hence, you may aim to achieve your target 15lb within 7weeks

It depends on how much you weigh now... If you weigh 300 lbs you could prob drop 5lbs a week, however if you weigh 150 or less you will really only be able to lose 2 lbs a week.

Try to exercise/ cardio 4-6x per week and choose healthy foods - cut out snacking after dinner. Think about what you are going to eat. Eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full...

Good Luck!

You could try amputation of a limb ! Seriously though, 2lbs a week is generally reckoned to be a safe target for weight loss. Any more than that can lead to problems.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills. Check their website at
http://www.thin-diet.us , my aunt got a free trial and paid only $4.95 shipping and handling.
