How do u get a 6 pack?!


Question: i would love to have a 6 pack. i do sit-ups all the time. my stomach is tight, just no visible 6 pack.

You are going to have to do many many more ab workouts than simply sit ups or crunches. Look up sites on google for ab workouts, there are plenty out there that will teach you the mix of exercises you need.

so more sets than reps.

depends...are you doing cardio to burn fat? The muscle could be hiding under the fat...you need to target all aspects of your abs....waist, lower, upper, etc...

Are you doing any cardio? The stomach is the hardest part for so many people. Do you do any twist stomach exercises, sit ups alone wil not do it. You have to isolate all the muscles in your stomach are and waist as well as back. You should try pilates, and do it 6 days a week, switch up the day off so you shock your system and it doesn't get into a groove.
