go to your local grocery store and buy a veggie platter, i find that if i dont have to cut the veggies myself i will snack on them easier because i dont have to take so much time preparing it.

Hope this helps!!!!

Make meat less like the main part of the dish and more like the flavoring. I like stir fries. V-8 is easy, but you have to watch the sodium. Also add zucchini or carrot to spaghetti sauce. 1950s women liked Jello molds, but now that is out of style. Some of the recipes were crazy.

Get a juicer (one with a filter or liner). They make getting all you fruits and veggies a snap.

Good luck and good health!

Go to the store and look for V8 V-fusion it's a drink that has a full service of Vegetables and a full service of Fruits and just drink it...Oh and it's so good tasting

I find that I buy veggies and fruits and then by the time I am ready to eat them, they have spoiled. I know this is my fault for not eating them all immediately, but I have found a product that will keep fruits and veggies last longer which helps me eat them more.

The product is called Evert Fresh and it is based on a clay called Oya that naturally retards the spoiling of fruits and vegetables. They have individual baggies and refrigerator cartridges that can be purchased. I have noticed an increased lifespan of all of my fruits and vegetables and with this spend less money and eat more healthy foods.

Cheers!

Whenever you have the standard
Meat + vegetable + potato
style platter you could eliminate the Potato portion and replace it with a second vegetable. Generally, I have a frozen vegetable and a fresh vegetable on the same plate. That second vegetable can be a salad too .. ..

Try some soups - the veggies are in there but it doesn't feel as much like you're just eating them alone. Also some organic chips have servings of veggies in them!
