http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biceps_brac...

http://www.purchon.com/biology/muscles.h... In this one it shows the biceps on the outside and the triceps on the inner part.

http://www.innerbody.com/image/musfov.ht... This shows the deltoid part. If you move your mouse over the part it should tell you :)

bicep thats what this is called

DELTOID- if you hold your arm out straight in front of you with palms up. the bicepts are the muscles on top (allowing you to flex at the elbow) and tricepts are on the bottom (allowing you to extend at the elbow).
You have the side of the shoulder circled that is the deltoid muscle.

Actually it's a tricep. Bicep is the one closest to your body, on the inside of your upper arm, tricep faces outwards more. X

i believe they are your deltoid muscles
hold arms straight down at your side, raise them outwards like your flapping your wings all the way up and down.. seems to be the main stressor of these muscles

biceps and tricepts control elbow flex.. the musle you point to controls raising of arm

i'm not sure what a butterfly is.. but i tihnk that is for your chest muscles.. more of a side to front motion.. so butterfy would still stress the deltoid.. cus you have to raise the arm.. but a up down flap would be more direct and range encompassing of the muscle.. so the main exersize of the deltoid i dont think would be the butterfly.. not sure what you would call a jumping jack like bird flap..

That's the deltoid and the supraspinatus tendon.

Not bicep--biceps brachii.
Not singular. There are two heads -hence BI ceps
Triceps is the same way - it's not tricep. That's wrong.
Even if it sounds funny to you to call it biceps or triceps when you are referring to one arm, it is still a plural noun.
