I don't mean to be rude, but you're doing it all backwards.
Ok, you can achieve your goal weight, just stop wallowing or at least get all the crying and self pity out and then finish reading this response.
I know what it's like to be addicted to binging, but you can andd will stop this bad habit. Remeber it is a habit that you can change. The first week will be the hardest, but if you can get through the first week then you can make it till the summer and you will be skinny.
So you need to eat only 1300 calories a day (1400 is alright for a bit slower weight loss)
and you need to have six meals a day.
Carry a journal with you and write down everything you eat at each time of the day and be vigilant--don't give in to your temptations.
If you see that you've eaten already 1100 calories and it's dinner time, that doesn't mean that you say, "well I just want to have a good dinner" and have 500 more calories. No, you stick with the math and have 200 to 300 calories.
I go to Trader Joes ( a health food store in the US) and buy pre made meals that say how many calories they contain and eat those that way I never have to guess.
So that's all I can say for now, but it really takes a lot of discipline and will.
Try to find a distraction when you want to eat listen to an inspiring song, chew gum, or suck on a candie or something, eat celery... but just please, don't grab the box of cookies.
Also, what are you stressed out about in your life aside from food?
i belive in you.

Write down what you eat in a journal and give yourself room to "binge" on your diet so that way you will stick to it because you will not be craving the "Bad" foods!!

Im exactly the same!! Same age..same diet problem!

How fat are you? Maybe you're just putting yourself down, or maybe it's serious. Please say your height / weight

Do the SLIMMING WORLD DIET.
you can snack in between as long as you eat the foods which are suitable!
find your local pharmacy and ask them about it!
trust me it works and i lost 6 pounds this week!

good luck

Maybe it's the way you're dieting. Are you eating very, VERY light during the day? If you are, of course that's going to make you feel the need to binge at the end of the day. The key is to have the majority of your calorie intake at breakfast. Make lunch a little lighter, and make dinner your lightest meal. Resist the urge to eat sugary foods or eat dessert. Instead, have something like gum or mints. Also, exercise after you eat dinner. Exercising actually eliminates the feeling of hunger, believe it or not. Good luck!

drink plenty of water through out the day. before you eat dinner, do some cardio excersise or go walking. usually after a work out I dont even get that hunger.. just remember to drink alot of water.. I have to keep reminding my self that too. It's hard work, I know. I've struggled through out my whole life but, with out excersice and a proper diet, and water, you wont loose any weight.. good luck..

Speak to your doctor.

You may feel like its not a real problem and the doctor thinks your stupid. But your doctor will help you.

Im 23 and recently got weighed in boots. I was 17 1/4 stone. I couldnt believe it. My BMI is 39.1, which is bordering on clinically obese. but i dont look it. im tall so i pull it off well. so i was very upset that i had let it get to this point .

I went to my doctor and have been refered on to an excersise program. I havnt attended yet but im waiting for them to call.

I also started slimming world on monday. It is excellent. I strongly suggest you go there. Its worth the money . They allow you to eat what you like. It sounds too good to be true. Its all about what you eat, not how much. iv been eating all day. =)

Dont let it get out of control. you will make yourself very very ill and depressed.

?

I found that writing down everything you eat helped me. I didnt realise how much I was eating until I actually saw in on paper.

Maybe get someone to help you with it, your mum prehaps?? That way you wont feel so alone. Dont weigh yourself all the time, it will only make you feel worse if you have not lost any weight.

Think of it this way, you are only 16 so you have time, dont upset yourself. Your fab!!! xxxx

Ok The only way that I can help you is if you can asnwer me some very important questions. ok.

What do you usually eat for breakfast?
What time do you usually eat breakfast?
What time do you go to bed, and what time do you wake up?
Do you eat out often? if so how often? once a day, twice a day?

Answer these questions by adding details to your question, and I will tell you what I think

forget the food thing join a gym and turn it into muscle.but if you need to eat learn about nutrition you can eat but more of the good stuff that won't make you fat, but your only young so you got plenty of time to be the next arnie. good luck

i know how u feel cause im the same age and have had the same problems for years. what im doing at the minute is making sure im always busy and if i fancy a snack i eat fruit. im not on weight watchers but i have the book of points so i can make the best choice when it comes to food. u dont have to starve urself. ive tried and its not the way. but u also dont have to go on a diet u just have to change ur lifestyle and way of life. before i used to go to the gym then come back and eat all i could. you just have to balance your meals. i would say the best choice would be to make sure you have breakfast and then swap lunch and tea around so you are having your bigger meal in the afternoon when you still have time to burn it off if not you are going to bed with a heavy meal in your system so eat any carbs like bread and potato for lunch and then for tea have some fish or meat with salad or veg. make sure u exercise and the weight will fall off. its working for me. just look at a picture of howu would like your body to look and use that to stop your binges. hope it helps xx

At least you admit you eat too much and are not making excuses which is a good start and is more than most fat people who seem to blame anyone/thing but themselves. The only way is just stop eating, drink lots of water to supress your appetite and exercise. Its so simple. Just quit the cakes, fatty!

Me too.

It's not fair!

I'm thinking of the cambridge diet.

You could too?

# 1 Speak to your doctor # 2 dont give up you can do it run ever day i do it all the time sit ups work

You shouldn't be so starving by dinner that you have to binge. Have a filling, sustaining breakfast and a good sized lunch. Don't starve yourself throughout the day. If you get hungry, have a small snack but limit it. Eat consciously and only until you are full. At dinner, have healthy foods, and don't overdo it. You have to be careful. A good rule to go by is stop eating when you are about 3/4 of the way full, because it's a good bet that in half an hour you will be completely full. If in 45 minutes you are still hungry, have a snack. Food isn't the enemy. You need it to live. Just eat foods that nourish your body, and are minimally processed. The better you are to your body, the better it will be to you. When you eat healthy foods when you are hungry and stop when you are full, you will feel more confident, energized, and just better overall.

how much do u weigh and how tall are u? i see a nutritionist and have very many of te smae problems and i know i can help you!...if u tell me more info

Here's what I do: I drink large amounts of water and try to fill my stomach with healthy fillers (lettuce, spinach, celery, carrots, etc.) I still wind up eating real foods too but not as much. I've been steadily losing weight and I still eat junk here and there. I just try to minimize how much I can even fit in. Also, try exercising to lose weight. Dieting alone rarely works long term. Weight lifting is very effective. If you really can't help but to eat massive quantities of pure junk, time to see a doctor. You may have some sort of imbalance. A lot of times though, this type of behavior comes from telling yourself you can't have it or boredom.
