Is it bad for your triceps or any other muscle to do push ups every day, without!

As long as you can deal with the pain of doing them.
If you do a lot then you might have a lot of muscle pain.
But other than that, I don't think the muscles would be hurt for excercizing them..

I'd say depends on the ammount.

It depends on the amount. You won't be able to build up as fast if you overwork the same part of your muscles.

No, unless you push your muscles to exhaustion every day. I do 50 pushups every morning, started with 20 about 6 months ago. It's really helped to tone my back, triceps, and chest.
