Fast ways to lose weight...?!
Question: i need to lose as much weight as possible in one month ,i currently weigh 200,and im 5-6 tall,
any thing will help,my goal is at least 20-30 pounds off,

Suggestions:
-cut portion sizes
-"graze" on five or six tiny meals a day (fruit or yogurt if you really need a snack)
-cardio AND weights (machines or free weights)
Muscle burns more calories.
-increase fruits, veggies, fiber, lean meat, nuts, and oils (flaxseed oil and olive oil)
-increase water intake
-get 8-10 hours of sleep a night
-don't eat just because you're bored (find something to keep you busy)
-add variety to your workout
-after workouts: do stretches
-after workouts: soy-whey protein shake (I add peanut butter and soymilk. So far the tastiest soymilk I've found is chocolate Almond Breeze. It has an almond taste. Haven't had the vanilla yet.)

Short of surgery, it cannot be done. Even with a no carbohydrate diet plus vigorous exercise, you probably won't loose more than 15.
