Slimming world question about Low Syns?!


Question: I started this week, on monday.

I love it but I don't think I'm eating enough.

Can anyone tell me what types of "quick" foods have a low syns count so i can compile a quick list to take out with me when im on the go.

I'm doing the diet as well, try mixing very low fat/no fat greek yog with chives and mint and a drop of lemon juice and that becomes a dip, chop up some celery or carrot and munch away! You can chilli for a kick... Muller Lights are a god send. Also if on a green mix some cous cous with fresh herbs and sugar snap peas or whatever veg you like cold and take it out with you, really nice!

I used to go slimming world.
Grapes and bananas are good (but not lots of them)
Pasta is free on green so you can have a MASSIVE load of it and it's free! (don't feel guilty about eating lots of free foods, it fills you up and it's no syns!)

if you look in the book they gave you you will find a list in both red and green of things for when you are on the go. look at the free foods and see what you like there that you can take with you. eggs and yoghurt are good as they are free on both red and green days. just have a really good read. ive been going for 3 weeks now and the first week i was doing it wrong and actually put on 1/2 lb. but its fine now. good luck
