The very best supplement, other than daily vitamins/minerals, is whey protein. Avoid creatine because of your age.

There seems to be a disagreement over the use of creatine by minors. Creatine is powerful stuff and it works -- for adults.

For the time being, stick with vitamins and protein shakes.

these 2 are the best, good articels here too.

Take a good multi vitamin/mineral;
Whey protein;
Creatine
Drink plenty of water.

You're a shade young, I find to start on the supplements, but if you're looking for one that has limited bad effects on your body, I'd consider looking into glutamine. It'll help your muscles recover quicker after your workouts, which means that they heal quicker and that you'll see a greater effect.

Definately less hardcore than CLA, creatine, whey and the likes.

Just my 2 cents if you want an added boost to your workout.

She is female. Should shebe tryingto build muscle with those links suggested?
