I'm thinking about using Creatine for working out. I'm 15 close to 16?!

Question: My friend started using it and got pretty big with it + working out. I know it has a plateau effect so i'd stop after abit (1-2 months im guessing) would it be bad if i only did it for 1-2 months? and other side affects?

You MUST consult your doctor first. Your teenage years are so crazy with all the changes going on both physically and chemically. You may also want to talk to any personal fitness trainer who may have had experience with that stuff. Also, depending on your body type or not, you may not be able to see much of a difference. Be careful but good luck with everything.

i don't recomend you to use creatine at your age. u seriously don't need them much, if u want to get bigger u can drink plenty of protein shakes and eat lots of meat and healthy food, u can also maximumize ur goal by working out hard

Creatine is a perfectly healthy and natural supplement. No side effecs have ever been shown when enough water has been consumed, so it is very healthy. Honestly though, if i was you i would invest my money on NO supplements like No Xplode or what im on, superpump250. In my experiences, i have found that these are much more effective when looking for gains. Anyway, if you would like to start creatine, it would be a great way to help build muscle, just don't expect any gains for a couple of weeks at least. Hope i helped!
