To lose weight the calories expended must exceed the calories consumed. Therefore if you continue to eat the same you must exercise more. If your level of activity remains constant a reduction in calories consumed is required. Simple in theory, sometimes impossible in practice. Good luck, I hope you reach your weight lose goal.
