Almost..the pbutter is a protein, the bread a grain as long as it's 100% whole wheat. You need a fruit, try putting a banana on that pbutter. I have the same thing but add 8 ozs of milk to wash it down. Holds me for many hours.

It sounds okay. Make sure you only use one serving size of the peanut butter (2 tablespoons). You should probably also add some fruit and/or dairy to your breakfast.

its ok.

=)

You should add some fruit. Maybe a glass of orange juice or an apple. Make sure you get your 5 a day!

you could eat something more substantile.have a small portion of pordige, along with 1 slice of toast.just give it a try trust me.

It is perfect

The whole wheat is nutritious, the natural peanut butter should be used in moderation as the fat content is not low, having a piece of fruit is good and the skim milk is lower fat and recommend in the type of milk to drink most. If you wanted to combine a serving of fruit with what to drink, try orange juice. It is full of vitamin c and sometimes even has calcium in an 8 ounce glass full only. It can eliminate the milk in the a.m. If you have breakfast soon after waking, this might be easier to digest as the milk has lactose in it and can be harder on the digestive system earlier in the day. Either way, what you are having sounds like healthy choices for the most part then.

add like an egg to them and u'll have a perfect breakfast

That is a very healthy breakfast. You have fiber, protein, fruit and dairy.
Studies show people who consume 3 servings of low fat or fat free dairy every day, lose weight faster, because the dairy actually blocks fat from being stored.

Keep up the good work!

It sounds ok to me
