The answer is in your question. You say "MY ideal weight." How could other people then answer this question for you? Weight is very subjective, but if just by the description you'd like a quick answer, I'd say you're doing fine.

your height is 1.67metres ..weight is 69kg.. so your body mass index is 69/(1.67*1.67)=24....which is less than 25.. so you are not obese.... but to get an ideal BMI of 22 you should weigh 62kg ... so lose 7 kgs... i.e;about 15 pounds
