No. Doesn't seem like enough calories. You're body will enter a state of hibernation where it stores what little food it receives as fat.

Aim for at least 1400 calories.

It's ok, but you seem to consume the majority of your calories at dinner time, when you are least likely to be able to burn those calories off. It would be better if you ate a better breakfast containing protein, and staying away from the sugary cereal.
There's a method that works well...Eat like a King for breakfast, a Queen for lunch, and a Pauper for dinner. And remember..1200 calories..no less, no exceptions.

Dinner-- What kind of bread--Whole wheat
Tea-- with sugar try splenda

cut the sugar and cheese if you are on a diet.

it hard to tell someone that what they eat is bad if you only tell them what you ate in one day. portion size is the biggest problem people have when it comes to eating. you can find books that have calorie for just about every thing that you don't get. like fast food or fruit and veges. weight watchers has two good books for that. it also give every thing point and tell you what every thing you eat and how many points there worth.
