I need a food pyramid for a 13 year old girl?!

Low carbs, high protein, fruits veggies, and MOST impportant Exercise

food pyramids are the same for every age(excluding toddlers and babies, of course) so try image-googling food pyramid and print it out then paste it on you fridge door and good luck!

go to www.mypyramid.gov, on the left side of the page it will say my pyramid plan click that and fill in all the questions it really helps

Thats not really too overweight. Just cut back on sugary things such as candy, cakes, juices, and soda. Eat whole wheat bread and whole wheat pasta. Have fat free milk, cheese, pudding, ect.
