calm down its more then likely just your hormones. If you feel over weight do something about it- excercise and eat healthy. Its all in how you look at your self most people dont see the flaws we see. if you think positive you'll feel that way too.

omg you weigh too much!!!! you need too lose weight before its too late! if you're already 160 pounds at age 15 you have a huge chance of become obese as an adult. change your diet. NOW!!!

Man i'm 19 years old and i weight 275 pounds 8 months ago and i felt he same thing. I lost 78 pounds in 8 months and i feel GREAT!! u should start working out it has a positive effect on body and mind!

no way girl ur def not fat. i dont see anything wrong with ur weight, if ur really concerned then check out your bmi. just type in somethin like "bmi index calculater" on google

You sound like you're feeling down. Its ok, we all feel bad about ourselves from time to time. Even very skinny people do too. If you're worried about how you look, you should take proactive steps to change by eating healthy foods and exercise. You aren't too badly over weight and you are still growing at age 15. You will have alot of changes between 15 and 20. Start making healthy changes now to help those changes be for the good.

PS How others view you is all about how you carry yourself. If you love yourself, others will too!

if you think of yourself that way well that's the way you will look at yourself. why not say to yourself that you are who you are and be happy! accept this and live life with a positive attitude and if your happy who cares what other people think. its what you think that matters. change your way of thinking to positive thoughts and you should be alright.

The only person that can make you feel bad about yourself is you.

However, there is a point where being happy with your body and being unhealthy and prone to issues are very close. I would suggest a home gym system. No, I'm not a sales associate or whatever, I just want to recommend it to people trying to lose weight simply because it worked for me. I bought a Bowflex home gym and it was worth every penny because to me, I cant put a price on being happy with my body. The key to weight loss is dedication. If you want it bad enough, I believe everyone has it in them to make it happen for themselves. The Bowflex has given me that tone look I always used to envy and I feel great when I work out. The best part about the Bowflex is that you get to work out in the privacy of your home. Nobody staring at you. Nobody listening when you breathe heavy when lifting weights. That's what I would suggest. But like I said, about 90% of losing weight is dedication, and if you want it bad enough and you can be patient (doesn't happen overnight), it will happen : )
