Weight Problems! Can you please help (and be serious, not rude)?!

I've not been diagnosed with anorexia or any other eating disorder, so please do not say that I have one. I really don't believe that I do.

But I DO need to loose weight... I'm 128lbs and between 5'6" and 5'7." I've had 600 calories today, which is a lot (to me).

What can I do to loose more weight?

Everyone's thinking it and dancing around it, and I'm just going to say it.

You have a serious issue. You have a perfect weight. You should be having three times the amount of calories.

You are in denial. No question about it. You cannot possibly think that 600 calories is a lot to have in a day and NOT have a problem. I suggest getting help and therapy immediately.


P.S. You cannot "loose" weight.

Throw up what you ate or work off the 600 calories, which would take about two hours of exercise. Remember to drink lots of water to replenish your cells.

Please eat more than that...for your own safety. Your body will go into starvation mode and cling onto your extra fat, not lose it. You need to eat at least 1500 calories a day, and then you can exercise and look great.

are you stupid? are you blonde? only blondes eat 600cal a day or starve themselves. they are stupid and have no freekin brain. you must be one of them. HAHAHA.
you seriously have an eating disorder. do you go to school? dont they teach you anything????? my advice, gain some weight. i weigh 134 and im 5'7. my friends call me anorexic because they only see muscle and bones. i am not fat, am i? HELL NO. so quit worrying about your skinny and eat. you wanna die? go ahead. and dont blame your body for not being to skinny. you were stupid to even think you can lose weight by eating 600 cal a day. your body goes to starvation mode and your body is afraid to die so it sticks on to fat. it stores more than you think. so stop fu*kin worrying and eat.

A pound is only 2000 calories so you actually are starving yourself!! There is a difference between skinny and fit... You sound like you are totally NOT fit and you need to start eating properly and excercizing.... I myself am 6 feet tall, weigh 225 but am only at 6% bodyfat...that is fit, people like to see ripped abs and sone tone...not bones

exercise. Go on runs, do pushups, go to the gym and get a personal trainer. I did go to the other link and yes many were very hateful remarks, however, like a few said; 600 calories is not a lot. I am not saying that u have an eating disorder but maybe if u got a nutritionist or gym trainer, they could help u! hope i helped! bye!

600 calories thats actually not much but it depends on what you eat ex: penut butter high in calories but burns way faster than the calories you would get from a chocolat bar

do a light jog if ur desperate
