How many grams of protein should I be getting a day if I want to lose weight?!

Protein helps build muscle, if anything you should concentrate on cutting back on carbs and fats.

Try putting in a little bit of exercise.

If you can, between exercise and eating healthy, take in 500 less calories a day, that ends up being 3500 calories a week, which is equal to one pound of fat.

Therefore, in 10 weeks you can lose 10 pounds just by taking in 500 less calories a day. ;)

128lbs = 58kg
1 - 2 grams of protein per kg so,
58 - 116 grams of protein per day

To lose 1lb a week eat about 1500 calories per day
Calories are more important than amount of protein, really.
