good question,

well in order to loose weight without gaining too much muscle cardi is the best, so get on the treadmill, bike, or elliptical. strength training is aslo very important and it seems that you have already seen some of the benefits, it is good to do squats and lunges but you also need to streach really good to get long muscles rather than shot stubby ones....pilates and yoga are great for this.

hope this helps!!!!

you are gaining muscle but you are getting thinner so dont worry about what the scale says just worry about how you feel. if you feel good than you probly look good =D

it's a good start... i think you gain weight first but after three months of excersising you lose weight... and eat less.. don't eat at all after 7 p.m...

it all depends on the kind of exercise your doing, you need to find out the right exercise for each fatty part of your body, this site should help- http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/articl...

scroll down a bit once your at the page, these some ads at the top of the page

well unfortunately you cant have your cake and eat it too...when you build up muscle you are burning fat..but when you build muscle it will seem like you are not losing any weight..its because the muscle is taking the place of your fat...eat right and continue excersizing and it should work out right for you

Weight is just a number...muscle weighs more than fat, so it is positive weight gain. Muscle mass increases your metabolism and helps you stay thin. It's very very challenging to become hugely muscular,so don't worry that this will happen. If you are loosing inches, you're on the right track. Keep up the good workouts!

I found when I lost weight that my muscle tone didn't show up until the fat was gone. And there is nothing wrong with gaining muscle, especially when you are losing inches.

Remember that weight is just a number - it's how you feel and how you look that counts!
