Can anyone give me diet tips to get me more energy?!

Question: When I get home from school, I just want to go to sleep. I don't want that. I go to sleep at 10 every night and wake up at 7 am! That's 9 hours of sleep and I still don't feel like doing anything when I get home. Maybe it's what I am eating? I've been eating unhealthy such as Burger King and Subway's Meatball Sub (I don't know if it is unhealthy or not).
What are the foods I need to eat to not be tired when I get home?

multi vitamins are great. Cut down on fast food and junky food because it will only bring you down. Grilled chicken and fish are yummy and good for you. Oatmeal is a piece of cake to make (especially that instant stuff) is cheap, and is great for you. Also try not to drink too many energy drinks and soda. Drink plenty of water and let it detox your body. You may feel like crap craving caffeine intially, but give it some time. Also exercise... I know when you are beat it's the last thing on your mind, but once you get into a routine after about 4 weeks, you will have like 10 times more energy. Another think you may want to look into is clinical depression or seasonal affective disorder. You may not feel depressed, but fatigue is a big sign.

You need to start eating better and get a Complex Multi Vitamin and mineral supplement.
You need to eat every 2 - 2 1/2 hours for energy. You need to eat complex carbs for energy, lean meats for protein, include some healthy and natural fats in your diet. Drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise helps increase energy.

B12 is what you need

Eating BK and Subway probably doesn't help much.

Pop a few green tea tabs and a few fish oil tabs. Instant energy! (If you have a date or something, get the "burpless" fish oil tabs...).

I found this gives me lots of energy - I can go all nite like a lumberjack!
