Is this weight normal for a 16 year old girl?!


Question: I'm 5'4 and I weigh 130. How is that weight wise?
Should I lose weight, if so how much?

it has many factors to concider. like the many one is . what is your bone structure like. small or big? for ex. for my height (5"3") i should weigh 123 pounds. but with my bone structure i would look like a skelton. the low as i can go is 135 min. or i will be very unhealthy and very sick. so thats a big thing.i would go see your doctor and see what she says. or even a dietian. as long as your healthy and active . its only a number.

If you are physically active, you have more muscle than a sedentary teen. You're around the 20 bmi range which is within a normal range. If you are not active, eating moderately, and sleeping enough--get going.=) back at ya!
