Which diet takes pounds off the fastest?!

Question: thank you so much!

Answers: thank you so much!

Actually, my personal trainer told me this. eating 5 times a day, smaller meals will boost your metabolism and burn more calories. So instead of doing an omelette for breakfast, do a bananna and an apple, and when you get hungry around 10.. do something else, maybe a sandwhich or something

Atkins/low carb

anorexia?

its called exercise.

anything that takes pounds off fast will not do anything long term. now if you are trying to lose weight to go to acapulco, cottage cheese, lots of a fruit, and a banana every day (but limit the cottage cheese). drink a lot of water.

for long-lasting effects, eat healthy, work out for at least and hour every day, 2 if you are half-assing it. cut your food intake down gradually.

if you're willing to pay and commit to the program - dr. bernstein's. the typical loss is 15to20 pounds per month. I lost 60 lbs in 3.5 months. and no, I am not paid to promote dr. b.

Total abstinence from all food. Drink water only. Guaranteed to work the fastest, but not recommended for any long-term use for various reasons, medical and other.

A crash diet takes pounds off the fastest and also puts them back the fastest. The easy bit is losing weight and the hard bit is keeping it off.

The rule of thumb is that any weight loss faster than 1 lb or 1 kilo a weak will be a temporary weight loss and you will regain it all. Slow and steady is the way to go and you have to be patient. Too much haste leads to waste (a wasted effort). A lot of people fail with their slimming diets because they are too impatient and try to lose too much too quick which is the perfect recipe for regaining all your lost weight.

A crash diet is a waste of time as you will regain all your lost weight and some people find that very hard to believe.

Cardio! it worked for me! i lost 10 lbs in about a week, no joke. But it depends on the person. I did about 2 hours on different types of cardio 5 days a week... ate lots of fruits, drank lots of fluid and i believe i ate tuna all week long. oh and u just have to be determined! i say buddie up! find a friend keep each other company and just stay focus!!!! no other way that i can think of... all diets need exercise to follow through.
