If I'm having pizza later today...?!


Question: Should I have an apple or something right now so I don't completely fill up on pizza later?

Or should I just skip it, since chances are I'll stuff myself anyways?

Never skip any meals. That just slows down your metabolism causing your body to store a lot the calories you do end up eating as fat. So, yes eat an apple.
