What do you think of a workout according to the music and choreography?!
Question: In my work out classes the coach has it all planned according to the music and we have to do all our work outs like its a dance. Is this a good way?
Fitness freaks please comment. Ignorant people no thanks!

I work out to music. It drives me to workout harder.
I always take my iPod w/ me, fully charged & upd8, whenever I make lengthy bicycle rides around town. Sometimes if I feel adventurous, such as tackling hills, I have a playlist w/ fast, aggressive beats (e.g. "Extreme Days" tobymac; "The Key to Gramercy Park" Deadsy; "Pts.Of.Athrty" Linkin Park; "Where's Your Head At" Bassment Jaxx; "Bad Bad Man" John Cena & the Trademark; etc.) Other times, such as traveling the bike path, I use a mellower, mid-tempo playlist (i.e. "1st of Tha Month" Bone thugs-n-harmony; "Lessons In Love, Level 42; "My Happiness" Powderfinger; "Don't Shed a Tear" Paul Carrack; etc.) Theres also the pleasure of playing almost an entire playlist full of @ least 50-60 songs on it.
of course....
i train hard when listening so some heavy rock en espa?ol

I think most classes work that way, or at least the ones I have seen on TV.
