How do you measure 1 scoop 20g?!
Question: I just bought a new protein powder! and I'm not sure of the measurements it doesn't say teaspoon or cup .
I'm not sure how large a scoop they mean I don't want to take too much or too little I want to get the best results!

Normally the protein container comes with a scooper. The lable on the container should specify "one heaping scoop", "two scoops" or so on. The scoop is made to the measurements. If it asked for one scoop, fill the scoop once, flush to the top.
