Losing weight :(?!

Question: I'm trying to lose the last few pounds. I'm unable to spend much time on exercise due to my exams. But I'm really frustrated about the extra pounds.
What if I reduce the amount of my daily intake of food?
I need your advice..
Please please help...
Thanks!

People always say that they dont have time to exercise, when really, chances are, you actually have plenty of time. Exercising gives you energy and helps you focus better througout the day, so it is very benefitial and worth squeezing into your schedule. Im also busy with school, so when I go to the gym, I use the eliptical machines for 1 1/2 hours and bring my spanish flash cards. Im sure you can find some way of studying while working out, and after you're done, it feels so good to know that you can multitask like that!
Good luck

The best thing is excercise. However if you are unable to do that lowering to caloric intake is always a good idea. To a point. Make sure you still keep eating, not eating will work for a day or two tops before your metabolism slows to a crawl and you won't lose anyway regardless.

Mostly you are going to have to wait until you can begin excercising regularly again, or starting again now. However I cannot condone missing exams to do so. It's all about priorities.

Water, water, water! If you keep drinking water it tricks your body into feeling full so you dont need much exercise. Orange juice and other drinks work well too.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

Just eat right and you can loose at most a lb a week.

Weight watchers has worked great for me and I would definitely recommend it. It teaches you how to eat properly while incorporating all of the food groups into your diet. They strongly suggest drinking 8 glasses of water a day and incorporating excerise into your daily rotine. If you don't have time to excercise, it will simply take longer to lose weight.

Lots of water no sodas and small healthy meals through out the day i had like 5 kashi bars a day, and lots of fiber ......
