I have never been in your situation so this is totally out there but might work. They say it is your eyes playing tricks on you and it is inbedded into your head. Get in something revealing yet modest and have someone take your picture. Black out the face and then ask people in general how they think this girl looks. Don't let them know it is you, just take the advice, put it all down, and stick with the ruling vote, but not your vote. Tell yourself you are beautiful everyday, and instead of looking in the mirror, constantly admire and tell yourself something everyday that you do like about your body. I am sure you are going through some tough times, however you can do it, and I am sure you are truly beautiful....Good luck.

I think you would feel the happiest being healthy..ask yourself if you were really happy when you had the eating disorder..my guess is probably not. I'm not a Doctor or anything but I think a good diet and working out would make you feel better..

If you are still in school talk to the school nurse or counselor. Your parents would also be a lot of help if you could bring yourself to talk to them as well. The sooner you get this resolved the better. You don't want to deal with this your whole life. Good luck hon.

stand with your top off or naked a good five feet away from a full length mirror and under direct lighting, now you should be able to see yourself as others likely see you... if you see every bone in your rib cage or even half of them, you need to put on some weight and exercise to make sure it comes on evenly.... looking at yourself in the mirror close up or in indirect lighting can lead you to believe that you should be losing weight rather than gaining it cause it tends to conceal how slender you really are
