I want to lose weight but i nw i wont be able to work out everyday so how do i?!

there are no secrets on how to lose weight - 1) diet 2) exercise 3) dedication.

i am a busy husband, teacher and father of two involved kids - if i don't get up and exercise first thing (5am) every morning, it don't get done. i make time because it is important to me - and i enjoy it. hope this helps - good luck - remember the harderst part - dedication! hope this helps.

p.s. i lost over 80 pounds in 5 years! - my wife lost over 100 in just over 2 years! we now participate in 5k, 10k, 20k marathons, duathalons and triathlons - a fun hobby we can do together!

we don't really need to work out everyday. as long as we work out 3-5 times a week seriously and constantly, it's gonna effect. you should also control your food and drinks. work out for hours not less than. the more you perspire the better.

3-4 times a week is enough. If you cut back on high fat / high calorie foods and exercise 3/4 times a week you'll lose weight. Also the days you cant work out just walk that little bit further to work, or up stairs if you usually take the lift - or walk around town for your lunch break before you eat.....its the little things that will add up. And if you try to exercise everyday when u really dont have time you will only end up stressing yourself out majorly.

As above as diet is 80% more important than anything else. Its not how much you eat but what you eat and by eating every 2-3 hrs you keep your metabolism working. Also work towards including 30mins cardio 3 times a week and some weight training. Increasing your lean muscle helps to burn fat quicker. Don't be scared of weights you wont get big and it will give you good shape.

depends on how much you wheight and how old hows metabolism, whats your activity thruout the day, if your in the upper age class, just increase your activity, do some walking everyday, make sure you sweat, go to saunas and spas, treat yourself to some nice mud bath.

you dont have to work out every day you just hav e to work around 3-4 times a week not much but just cut off on the fat food and calories and that will help you . eat a bit more healthyeir and a lot more of the vegtiables im not saying to stop eatng fat foods for ever just lay low on them for a little eat that type of food like 2 times a week and that should do this will really help you........

Count the carbohidrates in the food,. plain beef with no fat has no carbohidrates. You shoud consume about 30 to 35 carbohidrates a day, if you do this your body won't store any fat. Don't eat any fat like the fat on a steak or the skin on a chicken leg.
