Are hash browns fattening?!

Question: Thankss <3

Answers: Thankss <3

In themselves hash browns are quite low calorie, but frying them in a lot of oil adds quite a bit of fat and calories. I cook my hash browns in a cast iron skillet with just a little cooking spray, and made in this way they are very healthy. However, if you're trying to lose weight I wouldn't recommend ordering them at a restaurant where they will be fried in a bunch of oil.

well high in carbs and the oil used to cook them in is loaded with fat

The potatoes turn to sugar, the oil is bad for you as well as your heart. Find more weightloss tips here.

Well its cooked in grease and grease= fat so yes it IS fattening, try a baked potatoe with some pepper and a dash of salt instead !

anything done to excess is fattening...

normal portions with other foods are OK - but a pound a meal is over the top!!
