What will happen if I keep dieting?!
Question: Ok, so I have been dieting a about 6 weeks now and have pretty much lost a stone. But If I keep dieting and exercising, will I get to a UK size 8? or will my body naturally stop and I'll be a certain weight forever? I eat healthily, 1200 cals a day, plenty of water and work out 5 days a week, if I keep this up for the next few months, will i finally reach my target?

If you're eating healthily and excersizing there's no reason why you would stop losing weight. At some point you may plateau for a while but that's normal and will pass. I find varying the type and amount of food and excersize I do each day really helps.
