My normal summer day...is this to much???!
Question: summer is when i go big on excersing.
since it is so warm outside all of the time, i am outside all of the time.
i am asking this question now, so i know if i am doing anything wrong now.....
on a normal summer day, i wake up at 6:00am.
i go jogging outside 2-3 miles.
i do a little bit of streches, then after jogging i do sit-ups. (100-200)
i play outside most of the day playing, volleyball, baseball, soccer, and basketball with friends.
i only drink water, skim milk, and 100% juice.
before dinner, i ride my bike 3 miles.
for breakfast i eat healthy cereal (most of the time kashi), for lunch a peanut butter sandwich or soup, or just anything simple like that. for dinner i eat one serving of whatever my mom cooked, which for the most part is healthy. i do not eat candy, or anything like that. i feel great, not tired or sick or anything like that. i am between 5'0-5'2 and i weigh 90-94 pounds. (it varies)
am i taking this to far?

You are doing more than i ever could, but i would slow down and live just a little more.
