Your drink habits aren't bad. Tannins in tea (i believe), have been shown to lower iron levels and for women who menstarte...that can lead to low iron levels and anemia concerns. If iron issues are a concern for you...reduce or eliminate the tea?

No, it's healthy. It's better than coffee, which I drink daily. You could try limiting the sugar, maybe using honey instead. But it's okay if you drink a lot of tea.

you got a very healthy habit dont give it up.

i am life long tea drinker.

Tea does contain caffeine, so if you have caffeine issues, try to limit your intake. Juice is pretty high in sugars so I usually put a splash on seltzer or plain water.

Don't put milk in the tea.

Idk if luzianne has caffeine but if it does eliminating that would bring down some of your concern.

Tea is excellent for your body. Don't stop drinking it, although you don't want to drink it with too much sugar. Countries where people drink 3 or more cups of tea each day, have longer lifespans and the lowest percentages of heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc.

Many studies have also shown the anti-cancer properties of polyphenols that are in tea. Studies have found that polyphenols help prevent blood clotting and lower cholesterol levels. A recent study published in December 2005 showed that just 2 cups of tea may lower the risk of ovarian cancer by 46 percent in women.

Tea: Black, green or red?

The more processing tea leaves undergo, the darker they will turn. Green tea is the least processed tea. Black and red teas are partially dried, crushed and fermented, but regardless of the processing method, all teas contain polyphenols that are beneficial to you.
