proteins are important because since they take longer to digest, they will leave you fuller longer. you should eat grilled chicken and shrimp. both are tasty and low in calories. for breakfast 2 egg whites scrambled and whole wheat toast with sugarfree jam is great! it's only about 200 cals. for lunch, a salad is good. if you don't like salad those snack wraps at mc donalds are pretty low in cals. you should also drink hot tea with every meal because it boosts your metabolism. for exercise do a good 30 minutes of cardio and then do stuff to work your muscles like weights, situps, pushups, rockclimbing, etc because it really burns calories. also remember to watch your sugar because it slows down the burning of fat!! you won't want to eat more than 15 grams at a time. i've done this and i've already lost 10 lbs in a month and a half. remember to eat at least 1300 cals, be determined, and weigh yourself every other morning. don't lose more than 3 lbs a week. it also helps to keep a weight loss journal, recording your calorie intake and weight. GOOD LUCK AND DON'T GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!

fruits and vegitables are the best but, u also need to get protien and carbs. as long as u balance out healthy foods u should be fine...
