1) 10 minutes of high intensity?
2) 30 minutes of Low intensity?

They are different workouts with different effects.

The 10 minute high intensity will burn more calories, but you also need about another 10 minutes to warm-up before you do it, and 5-8 minutes afterwards to slow down gradually.

Otherwise, the 10 minute without warmup is actually somewhat harmful.

Two high intensity workouts a week is plenty, plus 3-4 lower intensity ones.

HIgh intensity is better. Warm up 5 minutes before the intense part and cool down 5 minutes after the intense part.
