Question: when i do a ton of sit ups the only part of my stomach that actually becomes better is the top part of my stomach. the part right under my ribs and where your belly button is. what can i do to make that part actually excercise and become thinner bcuz the upper part is good and im working on a four pack but the other part looks bad with it. thanks in advanced

Reverse crunches and leg lifts are good exercises for targeting the lower abs.
get an aerobics ball and lean far back on it then do sit ups or crunches so you can feel your lower stomach tightening
